Cumin-spiced carrot and butternut squash soup, with sweet potato crisps (V)

Greenway smokies – smoked haddock in a creamy sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and Cheddar cheese

Shallow-fried, breadcrumbed Brie with spiced cranberry sauce (V)

Greenway chicken, apricot and pistachio terrine, with fig and balsamic chutney

Sauteed garlic butter mushrooms (V)

Potted fresh and smoked salmon with dill cream

 

Main Courses:

Classic oven-roasted turkey with all the trimmings – apricot and chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce

Christmas venison pie – venison, marinated in mulled cider, with gammon, cranberries, citrus peel and chestnuts

Beef tournedos rossini – 8oz fillet steak,  28-days hung and beautifully tender, served with Madeira sauce, triple-cooked chips, tomato & mushroom

Grilled sea bass fillet with with sizzled ginger, chilli and spring onions

Leek, goat’s cheese, walnut and lemon tart (V)

Luxury three-nut roast with onion gravy and cranberry sauce (V)

All served with roast potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
