Pea and mint risotto with pea puree, pea shoots and Parmesan shavings (V)

Greenway chicken liver parfait with sourdough toast and spiced chutney

 

Main Courses

8oz rib-eye steak, 28 days hung and beautifully tender, served with chips, tomato, onion rings, salad

8oz burger on a toasted bun with chips and a salad garnish – choose from Greenway lamb with basil & mint pesto, 100% beef with classic burger sauce or borlotti & baba ganoush (V) with a vegan mayo sauce

Pork tenderloin medallions in a garlic, mushroom and white wine sauce, with buttery new potatoes and seasonal veg

Herb-crusted rack of lamb with new potatoes, crushed peas and redcurrant jus

Grilled sea bass with prawns in a lemon sauce, with new potatoes and seasonal veg

Ricotta, spinach and pine nut lasagne, with garlic bread and a green salad
