Hire fees
If you arrange for Greenway Farm to undertake the catering for your event, no hire fee is payable.
If you are bringing in outside caterers, or doing your own catering, the hire fees are as follows:
Exclusive use of the entire premises – up to 70 seated, or 90 standing
Lunchtime event (12pm to 4pm) 400
Evening event (6pm to 12am) 500
Whole day and evening 900
Main barn, end stable and mezzanine – up to 40 seated, or 60 standing
Lunchtime event (12pm to 4pm) 300
Evening event (6pm to 12am) 400
Whole day and evening 550
Conservatory – up to 30 seated, or 35 standing
Lunchtime event 250
Evening event 350
Whole day and evening 500
Subject to availability, some extra time may be allowed for setting up/decorating etc.
