Sausage making

Our sausage-making courses run according to demand, whether you attend for leisure interest, a company team building day, hen party or as an individual.  The minimum number of delegates is 6. 

 

If you’d like to learn how to make delicious sausages, as well as some pig keeping basics, such as buying, housing, feeding, handling, keeping healthy and fattening, then we can help you. Our one-day course usually runs from 10am to 4pm, and the price includes a delicious farmhouse lunch, tea or supper, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. You’ll also have an opportunity to purchase hand-made food and craft products from the Farm.

The course fee is £60 inclusive.

For work teams and hen and stag parties, we charge £25 a head for 2 – 3 hours of sausage-making followed by a Somerset cream tea and Prosecco, or £35 if you opt for lunch or supper instead.
