Our next sausage-making course will be held on Sunday 17 May 2020, from 10am to 4pm, and priced at £60 pp to include refreshments and lunch.
If you’d like to learn how to make delicious sausages, as well as some pig keeping basics, such as buying, housing, feeding, handling, keeping healthy and fattening, then we can help you. You might even decide that sausage-making would be a fun activity for a hen or stag party!
Our one-day course usually runs from 10am to 4pm, and the price includes a delicious farmhouse lunch, tea or supper, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. You’ll also have an opportunity to purchase hand-made food and craft products from the Farm.
The course fee is £60 inclusive.
For hen and stag parties, we charge £25 a head for 2 – 3 hours of sausage-making followed by a Somerset cream tea and Prosecco, or £35 if you opt for lunch or supper instead.
